AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Delaware County Branch,
2 Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, Chester,
3 Pennsylvania.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $85,000 is hereby appropriated to the
7 Delaware County Branch, Pennsylvania Association for the Blind,
8 Chester, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year July 1, 1986, to June
9 30, 1987.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Delaware County Branch,
11 Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, on account of the
12 appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made by the
13 Secretary of Public Welfare in equal quarterly payments.
14 Section 3. The Delaware County Branch, Pennsylvania
15 Association for the Blind, shall provide such information as may
16 be necessary to carry out this act and in such form and manner
17 as the Department of Public Welfare shall prescribe.
18 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1986, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
