AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Agriculture to
2 combat and eradicate the 1986 outbreak of Avian Flu.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Appropriation.
6 The sum of $5,000,000, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
8 Agriculture to combat and eradicate the 1986 outbreak of Avian
9 Flu in this Commonwealth.
10 Section 2. Effective date.
11 This act shall take effect immediately.
