AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Transportation for
2 the continued operation of the High Speed Intercity Rail
3 Passenger Commission.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $318,000, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
8 Transportation for the fiscal year July 1, 1985, to June 30,
9 1986, for the operation of the High Speed Intercity Rail
10 Passenger Commission. These funds shall be in addition to the
11 funds authorized in the act of June 20, 1985 (P.L. , No.5A),
12 known as the General Appropriation Act of 1985.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
