AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Public Welfare for
2 administrative costs of the low-income home energy assistance
3 program.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $6,000,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to
8 the Department of Public Welfare for the fiscal year July 1,
9 1985, to June 30, 1986, for administrative costs of the low-
10 income home energy assistance program (LIHEAP) Plan of the
11 department.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
