AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the registration fee of
3 certain vehicles owned by any member of a volunteer fire
4 company.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 1912 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
8 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
9 § 1912. Passenger cars.
10 (a) General rule.--The annual fee for registration of a
11 passenger car shall be $24.
12 (b) Reduced fees.--A volunteer fireman who owns a vehicle
13 registered and equipped pursuant to section 4572 (relating to
14 visual signals on authorized vehicles) shall be entitled to
15 register that vehicle for an annual fee of $10.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
