AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Johnson School of Technology of
2 Scranton, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $160,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Johnson School of Technology of Scranton, Pennsylvania, for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1985, to June 30, 1986, for operation and
8 maintenance of the school.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Johnson School of Technology on
10 account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made
11 by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly payments.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or, if
13 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
