                                     AN ACT

     1  Exempting owners of firing ranges from any civil or criminal
     2     actions relating to noise pollution.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  General immunity for noise.
     6     All owners of rifle, pistol, skeet, trapshooting or
     7  blackpowder ranges in this Commonwealth shall be immune from any
     8  civil action or criminal prosecution in any matter relating to
     9  noise or noise pollution resulting from the ranges.
    10  Section 2.  Effective date.
    11     This act shall take effect immediately.
