        REFERRED TO APPROPRIATIONS, JUNE 30, 1984

                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the University of Pittsburgh for the
     2     operation of the Falk Clinic.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $2,500,000 is hereby appropriated to
     6  the Trustees of the University of Pittsburgh for the fiscal year
     7  July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985, for operation of the Falk Clinic.
     8     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1984, or, if
     9  enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
