                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental
     2     Resources for research relating to and the control of black
     3     flies.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $1,200,000, or as much thereof as may
     7  be necessary, is specifically appropriated to the Department of
     8  Environmental Resources for the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to June
     9  30, 1985 for research relating to and the control of black
    10  flies.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1984 or, if
    12  enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
