                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of July 21, 1983 (No.7A), entitled "An act to
     2     further provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the
     3     Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the
     4     Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for
     5     the fiscal year July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984, and for the
     6     payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close
     7     of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1983; and to appropriate
     8     the Federal Augmentation to the Executive and Judicial
     9     Departments of the Commonwealth; establishing restricted
    10     receipts accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 1983 to June
    11     30, 1984 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
    12     unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1983,"
    13     increasing certain appropriations for community services for
    14     the mentally retarded.

    15     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    16  hereby enacts as follows:
    17     Section 1.  As much of section 227 as relates to community
    18  services for mentally retarded in the act of July 21, 1983
    19  (No.7A), known as the Supplemental General Appropriation Act for
    20  Fiscal Year 1983-1984, is amended to read:
