AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Reading School District for the
2 general maintenance and operation of the Reading Public
3 Museum and Art Gallery.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated to the
7 Reading School District, for the fiscal period July 1, 1983 to
8 June 30, 1984, for the general maintenance and operation of the
9 Reading Public Museum and Art Gallery.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Reading School District on
11 account of the appropriation in section 1 shall be made by the
12 Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum
13 Commission.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
