AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 18, 1980 (P.L.1252, No.228),
2 entitled "A supplement to the act of October 6, 1980
3 (P.L.784, No.145), entitled 'An act providing for the capital
4 budget for the fiscal year 1980-1981,' itemizing public
5 improvement and furniture and equipment projects, to be
6 constructed by the Department of General Services and
7 transportation assistance projects to be acquired or
8 constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
9 together with their estimated financial cost; authorizing the
10 incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for
11 the purpose of financing the projects to be constructed by
12 the Department of General Services or Department of
13 Transportation, stating the estimated useful life of the
14 projects; providing for the adoption of capital projects to
15 be financed from current revenues of the Boating Fund and the
16 Fish Fund and making an appropriation," increasing and adding
17 certain projects; and making a repeal.
18 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
19 hereby enacts as follows:
20 Section 1. Clause A of section 1 of the act of December 18,
21 1980 (P.L.1252, No.228), entitled "A supplement to the act of
22 October 6, 1980 (P.L.784, No.145), entitled 'An act providing
23 for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1980-1981,' itemizing
24 public improvement and furniture and equipment projects, to be
1 constructed by the Department of General Services and
2 transportation assistance projects to be acquired or constructed
3 by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation together with
4 their estimated financial cost; authorizing the incurring of
5 debt without the approval of the electors for the purpose of
6 financing the projects to be constructed by the Department of
7 General Services or Department of Transportation, stating the
8 estimated useful life of the projects; providing for the
9 adoption of capital projects to be financed from current
10 revenues of the Boating Fund and the Fish Fund and making an
11 appropriation," amended June 19, 1982 (P.L.571, No.165), item
12 vetoed in part, is amended to read:
13 Section 1. Itemization and Authorization of Public
14 Improvement Projects.--Additional capital projects in the
15 category of public improvement projects to be acquired or
16 constructed by the Department of General Services, its
17 successors or assigns, and to be financed by the incurring of
18 debt, are hereby itemized, together with the respective
19 estimated financial cost and the total additional amount
20 authorized for the public improvement projects as follows:

24 Section 2. The heading of subclause IV and project (j) of
25 subclause IV of clause B of section 1 of the act are amended and
26 projects are added to subclause IV to read:

22 Section 3. Subclause II(v) of clause B of section 1, act of
23 December 22, 1981 (P.L.558, No.166), entitled "A supplement to
24 the act of July 1, 1981 (P.L.142, No.47), entitled 'An act
25 providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1981-1982,'
26 itemizing public improvement and furniture and equipment
27 projects to be constructed or acquired by the Department of
28 General Services, and transportation assistance projects to be
29 acquired or constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of
30 Transportation together with their estimated financial cost;

6 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
