AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Johnson School of Technology of
2 Scranton, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $148,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Johnson School of Technology of Scranton,
7 Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1, 1982 to June 30,
8 1983, for operation and maintenance of the school.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Johnson School of Technology on
10 account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made
11 by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly payments.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1982.
