                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the
     3     imposition of sentences in certain convictions.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 42, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
     7  No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is
     8  amended by adding a section to read:
     9  § 9763.  Sentence for multiple violations.
    10     After a determination of guilt involving a defendant charged
    11  with multiple violations of 18 Pa.C.S. § 2504 (relating to
    12  involuntary manslaughter) or 75 Pa.C.S. § 3732 (relating to
    13  homicide by vehicle), the court imposing sentence shall have the
    14  authority and may impose a specific sentence for each violation


     1  of 18 Pa.C.S. § 2504 or 75 Pa.C.S. § 3732 for which a
     2  determination of guilt has been returned.
     3     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
