AN ACT
1 Requiring the Department of Revenue and the Pennsylvania Liquor
2 Control Board to offer certain motor vehicles to area service
3 agencies providing a meals on wheels program.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The Department of Revenue and the Pennsylvania
7 Liquor Control Board shall offer without cost all motor vehicles
8 which have been confiscated by the department or the board to
9 area service agencies providing a meals on wheels program before
10 offering them to the public through an auction sale.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
