                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of December 18, 1980 (P.L.1252, No.228),
     2     entitled "A supplement to the act of October 6, 1980
     3     (P.L.784, No.145), entitled 'An act providing for the capital
     4     budget for the fiscal year 1980-1981,' itemizing public
     5     improvement and furniture and equipment projects, to be
     6     constructed by the Department of General Services and
     7     transportation assistance projects to be acquired or
     8     constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
     9     together with their estimated financial cost; authorizing the
    10     incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for
    11     the purpose of financing the projects to be constructed by
    12     the Department of General Services or Department of
    13     Transportation, stating the estimated useful life of the
    14     projects; providing for the adoption of capital projects to
    15     be financed from current revenues of the Boating Fund and the
    16     Fish Fund and making an appropriation," reducing a project
    17     and adding a project in the Department of Public Welfare.

    18     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    19  hereby enacts as follows:
    20     Section 1.  Project (j) of subclause IX of clause B of
    21  section 1, act of December 18, 1980 (P.L.1252, No.228), entitled
    22  "A supplement to the act of October 6, 1980 (P.L.784, No.145),
    23  'An act providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year
    24  1980-1981,' itemizing public improvement and furniture and
    25  equipment projects, to be constructed by the Department of

     1  General Services and transportation assistance projects to be
     2  acquired or constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of
     3  Transportation together with their estimated financial cost;
     4  authorizing the incurring of debt without the approval of the
     5  electors for the purpose of financing the projects to be
     6  constructed by the Department of General Services or Department
     7  of Transportation, stating the estimated useful life of the
     8  projects; providing for the adoption of capital projects to be
     9  financed from current revenues of the Boating Fund and the Fish
    10  Fund and making an appropriation," item vetoed in part, is
    11  amended to read:
    12     Section 1.  Itemization and Authorization of Public
    13  Improvement Projects.--Additional capital projects in the
    14  category of public improvement projects to be acquired or
    15  constructed by the Department of General Services, its
    16  successors or assigns, and to be financed by the incurring of
    17  debt, are hereby itemized, together with the respective
    18  estimated financial cost and the total additional amount
    19  authorized for the public improvement projects as follows:
