AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of February 6, 1731 (1 Sm.L. No.322), entitled
2 "An act for the better prevention of accidents that may
3 happen by fire in the city of Philadelphia, by bake-houses,
4 and coopers shops."
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of February 6, 1731 (1 Sm.L. No.322),
8 entitled "An act for the better prevention of accidents that may
9 happen by fire in the city of Philadelphia, by-bake-houses, and
10 coopers shops," is repealed.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
