AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Westmoreland County Chapter of
2 the Pennsylvania Association for Retarded Citizens.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $50,750, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
7 Westmoreland County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association for
8 Retarded Citizens for the fiscal period July 1, 1981 to June 30,
9 1982, for services to the mentally retarded.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
