AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Transportation for
2 an emergency safety improvement.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $231,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the
7 Department of Transportation in order to complete the following
8 highway project:
