AN ACT 1 Declaring and adopting the song "Pennsylvania," by Mary E. H. 2 Stark, as the State song of the Commonwealth. 3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 4 hereby enacts as follows: 5 Section 1. The song "Pennsylvania," the words and music by 6 Mary E. H. Stark, is hereby adopted as the State song of 7 Pennsylvania and shall be the official song for all public 8 purposes. The words of the song are as follows: 9 First verse: Hail to you dear State we love, 10 Duly blessed by Him above; 11 Crystal lakes and rivers flow, 12 Penn's homeland of long ago. 13 Second verse: Patriots through war and toil 14 Laid the keystone to your soil; 15 Shrine of heroes, now and then, 16 Proclaimed afar by word and pen. 17 Third verse: Ruffed grouse fly and whitetail roam,
