AS AMENDED ON SECOND CONSIDERATION, IN SENATE, DECEMBER 8, 1981
AN ACT
1 Amending the act of May 11, 1972 (P.L.286, No.70), entitled "An
2 act regulating the sale of certain structures made,
3 fabricated, formed or assembled in manufacturing facilities
4 and providing penalties," establishing the Industrialized
5 Housing Account in the State Treasury; further providing for
6 the disposition of fees and making an appropriation.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Section 7, act of May 11, 1972 (P.L.286, No.70),
10 known as the "Industrialized Housing Act," is amended to read:
11 Section 7. Fees.--The department shall establish a schedule
12 of fees reasonably related to the cost incurred by the
13 department to pay for the administration and enforcement of this
14 act. All such fees shall be deposited in a special account in
15 the State Treasury to be known as the Industrialized Housing
16 Account. All fees collected for the purpose of this act shall be
17 deposited in this account and the department shall draw from the
18 account sufficient funds to cover the administrative and
19 enforcement costs of operating the program. The funds in the
1 account are hereby appropriated to the department to carry out
2 this act and shall not lapse at the end of any fiscal year. The
3 balance of funds remaining in the existing Industrialized
4 Housing Account and held by the department on the effective date
5 of this act are hereby transferred to the Industrial <--
6 INDUSTRIALIZED Housing Account in the State Treasury. <--
7 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
