AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 30, 1980 (No.22A), entitled "A
2 supplement to the act of June 18, 1980 (No.17A), entitled 'An
3 act to provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative
4 and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt
5 and for the public schools for the fiscal period July 1, 1980
6 to June 30, 1981, and for the payment of bills incurred and
7 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
8 June 30, 1980; to provide supplemental appropriations from
9 the General Fund to the various departments of the
10 Commonwealth for the fiscal period July 1, 1979 to June 30,
11 1980,' itemizing appropriations required from the Motor
12 License Fund for the proper operation of the several
13 departments of the Commonwealth authorized to spend Motor
14 License Fund moneys," prohibiting the use of any funds
15 appropriated herein for the "pothole hotline."
16 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
17 hereby enacts as follows:
18 Section 1. The act of June 30, 1980 (No.22A), known as the
19 "Motor License Fund Supplement to the General Appropriation Act
20 of 1980," is amended by adding a section to read:
21 Section 3.1. No funds appropriated under this act shall be
22 used for the "pothole hotline" operated by the Governor's
23 Office.
24 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
