AN ACT
1 Amending the act of October 4, 1978 (P.L.883, No.170), entitled
2 "An act relating to conflicts of interest involving certain
3 public officials serving in State or State agencies and local
4 political subdivision positions and prohibiting certain
5 public employees from engaging in certain conflict of
6 interest activities requiring certain disclosures and
7 providing penalties," providing reimbursement by the
8 Commonwealth for county administration expenses incurred for
9 filing certain reports.
10 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
11 hereby enacts as follows:
12 Section 1. The act of October 4, 1978 (P.L.883, No.170),
13 referred to as the Public Official and Employee Ethics Law, is
14 amended by adding a section to read:
15 Section 11.1. Commonwealth reimbursement.
16 The Commonwealth shall reimburse each county on a dollar for
17 dollar basis for all expenses incurred in administering the
18 provisions of this act relating to the filing of certain
19 reporting documents.
20 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall
21 be retroactive to October 4, 1980.
