                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Volunteer Companies Loan Fund to
     2     carry out the purposes of the act of July 15, 1976 (P.L.1036,
     3     No.208), known as the "Volunteer Fire Company Ambulance
     4     Service and Rescue Squad Assistance Act."

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The sum of $3,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
     8  the "Volunteer Companies Loan Fund" to be used to carry out the
     9  purposes of the act of July 15, 1976 (P.L.1036, No.208), known
    10  as the "Volunteer Fire Company Ambulance Service and Rescue
    11  Squad Assistance Act".
    12     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
