AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pittsburgh Cleft Palate.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $30,000, or as much thereof as may be
5 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Pittsburgh
6 Cleft Palate, for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30,
7 1981 for outpatient-inpatient treatment.
8 Section 2. All sums of money paid to the Pittsburgh Cleft
9 Palate pursuant to the appropriation of the act of July 11, 1980
10 (No.59A), entitled "An act making an appropriation to the
11 Pittsburgh Cleft Palate," shall be credited toward and deducted
12 from the amount appropriated in this act.
13 Section 3. The act of July 11, 1980 (No.59A), entitled "An
14 act making an appropriation to the Pittsburgh Cleft Palate," is
15 repealed.
16 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
