                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental
     2     Resources for research on the control of a black fly species.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $300,000 or as much thereof as may be
     6  necessary is hereby appropriated to the Department of
     7  Environmental Resources for research on the control of the black
     8  fly species SIMULIUM JENNIGS.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
