AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the Buhl Planetarium
2 and Institute of Popular Science, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $150,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Trustees of the Buhl
7 Planetarium and Institute of Popular Science, Pittsburgh,
8 Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30,
9 1981, for the general operation of the planetarium and
10 institute.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Buhl Planetarium and Institute of
12 Popular Science on account of the appropriation in section 1
13 shall be made by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania
14 Historical and Museum Commission.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1980.
