AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine
2 Arts, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $10,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
7 Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Philadelphia,
8 Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30,
9 1981, for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus, supplies
10 and equipment.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine
12 Arts on account of the appropriation in section 1 shall be made
13 by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and
14 Museum Commission.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1980.
