AN ACT
1 Naming that part of Interstate Highway 476 in Delaware County,
2 the "Veterans Memorial Highway."
3 WHEREAS, The citizens of Delaware County have valiantly and
4 courageously performed as members of the armed forces of the
5 United States throughout the history of our country; and
6 WHEREAS, The veterans of the conflicts in which they have
7 participated should be recognized in a lasting way; therefore
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. The part of Interstate Highway 476 located in
11 Delaware County shall hereafter be known and shall be designated
12 and posted by the Department of Transportation as "Veterans
13 Memorial Highway."
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
