AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 4, 1972 (P.L.1256, No.281),
2 entitled "An act authorizing the Department of Property and
3 Supplies, with the approval of the Department of Public
4 Welfare and the Governor, to convey to the School District of
5 the City of Harrisburg, 46 acres of land, more or less,
6 situate in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County, Commonwealth
7 of Pennsylvania," removing a requirement that certain land be
8 used for public school purposes.
9 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
10 hereby enacts as follows:
11 Section 1. Section 2, act of December 4, 1972 (P.L.1256,
12 No.281), entitled "An act authorizing the Department of Property
13 and Supplies, with the approval of the Department of Public
14 Welfare and the Governor, to convey to the School District of
15 the City of Harrisburg, 46 acres of land, more or less, situate
16 in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County, Commonwealth of
17 Pennsylvania," is repealed.
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
