AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 16, 1979 (No.13A), entitled "A
2 supplement to the act of July 4, 1979 (No.9A), entitled 'An
3 act to provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative
4 and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt
5 and for the public schools for the fiscal period July 1, 1979
6 to June 30, 1980, and for the payment of bills incurred and
7 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
8 June 30, 1979,' itemizing appropriations required from the
9 Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for the proper operations
10 of the several departments of the Commonwealth authorized to
11 spend Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund moneys," adding an
12 appropriation for replacement checks.
13 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
14 hereby enacts as follows:
15 Section 1. Section 2, act of July 16, 1979 (No.13A), known
16 as the "Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund Supplement to the
17 General Appropriation Act of 1979," is amended by adding an
18 appropriation to read:
19 Section 2. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
20 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the Federal
21 Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for the fiscal period July l, 1979 to
22 June 30, 1980 to finance programs in the several hereinafter
23 named agencies:

4 For payment of replacement checks issued in lieu
5 of outstanding checks when presented and to adjust

8 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
