                                     AN ACT

     1  Exempting owners of existing rifle ranges from any civil or
     2     criminal actions relating to noise pollution.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  All owners of rifle ranges in the Commonwealth in
     6  existence on the effective date of this act shall be exempt or
     7  immune from any civil action or criminal prosecution in any
     8  matter relating to noise or noise pollution resulting from the
     9  rifle range.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
