AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 16, 1979 (No.14A), entitled "An act
2 making appropriations to the Treasury Department out of
3 various funds to pay replacement checks issued in lieu of
4 outstanding checks when presented and to adjust errors,"
5 increasing certain appropriations.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 1, act of July 16, 1979 (No.14A)
9 entitled, "An act making appropriations to the Treasury
10 Department out of various funds to pay replacement checks issued
11 in lieu of outstanding checks when presented and to adjust
12 errors," is amended to read:
13 Section 1. The following sums are hereby appropriated out of
14 the funds indicated to the Treasury Department for the fiscal
15 period July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980, for the payment of
16 replacement checks issued by that department:
