AN ACT
1 Requiring all municipalities and municipal authorities
2 furnishing sewer services, water supply services or garbage
3 collection services and levying assessments for such services
4 to specifically itemize certain charges within such
5 assessments.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Every municipality and every municipal authority
9 which provides sewer services, water supply services or garbage
10 collection services and levies assessments to provide payment
11 for such services shall specifically itemize such assessments to
12 clearly show that portion of such assessments which are
13 allocated to maintenance and repair and that portion of such
14 assessments which are allocated for meeting interest charges.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
