                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, by authorizing handicapped persons to use spinner
     3     knobs on steering wheels.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Subsection (c) of section 4107 of Title 75, act
     7  of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the
     8  Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a
     9  paragraph to read:
    10  § 4107.  Unlawful activities.

    12     (c)  Use of certain equipment unaffected.--This part shall
    13  not be construed to:
    14         * * *
    15         (3)  Prohibit handicapped persons from using spinner
    16     knobs on steering wheels.
    17     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
