                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Commerce for
     2     advertising.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $2,000,000 or as much thereof as may
     6  be necessary is hereby appropriated to the Department of
     7  Commerce for the fiscal year July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980 for
     8  advertising.
     9     Section 2.  Before any advertising is printed or published,
    10  the Department of Commerce shall submit the proposed
    11  advertisement to the Business and Commerce Committees of the
    12  Senate and the House of Representatives. If the proposed
    13  advertisement is not disapproved by either committee within 30
    14  calendar days, it shall be automatically approved.
    15     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
