                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Delaware County Center for the
     2     Blind.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $25,000, or as much thereof as may be
     6  necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Delaware
     7  County Center for the Blind, for the fiscal period July 1, 1979
     8  to June 30, 1980 for services to the blind.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
