AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Sunshine Foundation,
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for chronically and terminally ill
3 children.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $25,000, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Sunshine
8 Foundation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the fiscal year July
9 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980, for the benefit of chronically and
10 terminally ill children.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
