                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of May 1, 1933 (P.L.103, No.69), entitled "An
     2     act concerning townships of the second class; and amending,
     3     revising, consolidating, and changing the law relating
     4     thereto," increasing the allowable expense for attending the
     5     annual meeting of township supervisors.

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  Section 612, act of May 1, 1933 (P.L.103, No.69),
     9  known as "The Second Class Township Code," reenacted and amended
    10  July 10, 1947 (P.L.1481, No.567) and amended May 21, 1976
    11  (P.L.146, No.70), is amended to read:
    12     Section 612.  Expenses and Mileage.--The expenses allowed the
    13  delegates attending the annual meeting may be in an amount not
    14  exceeding [fifty dollars] seventy-five dollars per day for each
    15  delegate for not more than four days including the time employed
    16  in traveling thereto and therefrom, together with twelve cents
    17  per mile in going to and returning from such meeting.
    18     Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 1, 1980.
