AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Military Affairs
2 for emergency repairs to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Home at
3 Erie, Pennsylvania.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $1,400,000 or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
8 Department of Military Affairs for immediate emergency repairs
9 to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Home at Erie, Pennsylvania.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
