AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the United Cerebral Palsy of
2 Schuylkill County, Pottsville.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $11,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the United
7 Cerebral Palsy of Schuylkill County, Pottsville, for the fiscal
8 period July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980 for adult programs for
9 victims of cerebral palsy and other severe physically disabling
10 diseases.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
