                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Transportation for
     2     the reconstruction of the Milltown Bridge in Allegheny
     3     County.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $500,000, or as much thereof as may be
     7  necessary, is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the
     8  Department of Transportation for the Commonwealth's share for
     9  the reconstruction and repair of the Milltown Bridge located on
    10  Legislative Route 02162 in Allegheny County
    11     Section 2.  Any funds, including insurance proceeds, that are
    12  in payment of damage to the Milltown Bridge shall be credited to
    13  the General Fund.
    14     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
