AN ACT
1 Further providing for the expense of the Department of Public
2 Welfare from Federal funds for the fiscal period July 1, 1977
3 to June 30, 1978.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The following sum, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated from Federal
8 funds available for fiscal relief to states under section 401 of
9 Public Law 95-216, for the fiscal period July 1, 1977 to June
10 30, 1978, to the Department of Public Welfare for the following:
11 To the Department of Public Welfare
12 For payments of cash assistance............... $11,240,000
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
