AN ACT
1 Amending the act of August 24, 1977 (No.12-A), entitled "An act
2 appropriating the Federal augmentation to the Executive and
3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth and establishing
4 restricted receipts accounts for the fiscal period July 1,
5 1977 to June 30, 1978 and for the payment of bills incurred
6 and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
7 June 30, 1977; and requiring the submission of certain budget
8 reduction plans and authorizing the State Treasurer to
9 withhold certain payments," adding an appropriation to the
10 Department of General Services.
11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
12 hereby enacts as follows:
13 Section 1. As much of section 2 as relates to appropriations
14 to the Department of General Services, act of August 24, 1977
15 (No.12-A), known as the "Federal Augmentation Appropriation Act
16 of 1977," is amended by adding an appropriation to read:
17 Section 2. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
18 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the Federal
19 augmentation funds to the several hereinafter named agencies of
20 the Executive and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for
21 the payment of the expenses of implementing and carrying out the
22 programs stated herein for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1 1977 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid
2 at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1977.
