AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Crime Commission for
2 its operation and administration for the fiscal year
3 beginning July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $1,400,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
8 Pennsylvania Crime Commission for its operation and
9 administration for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1977 and
10 ending June 30, 1978.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1977.
