AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Labor and Industry
2 from the Workmen's Compensation Administration Fund to
3 provide for the expenses of administering the Pennsylvania
4 Workmen's Compensation Act and the Pennsylvania Occupational
5 Disease Act for the fiscal period July 1, 1977 to June 30,
6 1978 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
7 unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30,
8 1977.
9 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
10 hereby enacts as follows:
11 Section 1. The sum of $6,902,000, or as much thereof as may
12 be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated from the
13 Workmen's Compensation Administration Fund to the Department of
14 Labor and Industry for the payment of all salaries, wages and
15 other compensation and travel expenses, for contractual services
16 and other expenses necessary for the administration of the
17 Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act and the Pennsylvania
18 Occupational Disease Act for the fiscal period beginning July 1,
19 1977 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid
20 at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1977.
21 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1977.
