INTRODUCED BY LETTERMAN, GRIECO, RENWICK, MUSTO, SCHMITT,
MRKONIC, SALVATORE AND LINCOLN, FEBRUARY 15, 1978

REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON RULES, FEBRUARY 21, 1978

In the House of Representatives, February 15, 1978

1 WHEREAS, The Governor has proposed the purchase of an

     3 dollars; and
4 WHEREAS, The small aircraft industry is an important part of
5 the economy of Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania based aircraft

10 taxes to an out of State corporation would be an unnecessary and

13 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania strongly urges the Governor to
14 purchase an executive airplane only from a Pennsylvania based
