AN ACT
1 Providing for a curtailment of further funding toward the appeal
2 of a decision of the Commonwealth Court.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. No funds shall be allocated and all presently
6 allocated funds shall be terminated insofar as they relate to
7 the appeal of the decision of July 15, 1977, of the Commonwealth
8 Court of Pennsylvania in the case of Carmen Brutto et al v.
9 Senator Henry J. Cianfrani, docket number 1385 C.D.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
