                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a part of the U.S. Route 30 in York County as the
     2     General Devers Highway.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The part of U.S. Route 30 beginning in the east
     6  at the Susquehanna River, encircling the City of York to the
     7  north ending at the intersection of U.S. 30 and Route 616 shall
     8  be known and shall be designated and posted by the Department of
     9  Transportation as the General Devers Highway.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
