AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Edinboro State College at
2 Edinboro, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $250,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Edinboro
7 State College in Edinboro, Pennsylvania for the purpose of
8 converting Hamilton Library into a center for the State College
9 Nursing Program.
10 Section 2. Payments to Edinboro State College, Edinboro,
11 Pennsylvania on account of the appropriation provided in section
12 1 shall be made on the basis of cost.
13 Section 3. Edinboro State College shall provide such
14 information and in such form and manner as the Department of
15 Education may require.
16 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
